This event will be held at the Bi-State Development Headquarters Office in downtown St. Louis

Don’t miss this opportunity to gather in person for the Freight Summit featuring a keynote conversation with Gia Biagi, Secretary of Transportation for the Illinois Department of Transportation. Titled Infrastructure and Collaboration: Catalysts for Economic Growth, the keynote conversation will highlight the state of Illinois’ ambitious goals to continue to revitalize transportation across the state and provide insight on the critical role of infrastructure investment to connect Illinois residents to the places they need to go, create jobs, and improve the quality of life in communities statewide. The event will also feature a video message from Ed Hassinger, Director of the Missouri Department of Transportation.

The 2026 Priority Projects List will be released at the Freight Summit. The Priority Projects List is a valuable tool used to advocate for support and funding for critical infrastructure improvements that strengthen the St. Louis region’s position as a world-class freight and logistics hub for national and global supply chains, with associated remarks by representatives of both the Illinois and Missouri Departments of Transportation.
