Frank Prentiss
Commercial Vice President, Ingram Infrastructure Group
At Ingram Infrastructure Group, Frank leads commercial strategy, business development, and customer engagement across the company’s logistics and terminal network. With more than 25 years in transportation, logistics, and terminal operations, he has built a career advancing multimodal supply chain solutions across North America.
Frank began his career with MeadWestvaco in 1999 and later held leadership roles with Kinder Morgan and Superior Bulk Logistics. He has deep experience in bulk transportation, rail and terminal operations, transloading, marine services, warehousing, and supply chain optimization for industrial and commodity markets.
In his current role, he focuses on leveraging Ingram’s terminal footprint to create multi-modal supply chain solutions connecting river, rail, and road logistics for customers. He works closely with shippers, railroads, barge lines, and trucking companies to improve efficiency and deliver long-term value. Frank has played a key role in driving Ingram Infrastructure Group’s growth in the St. Louis region, supporting expanded transloading, storage, and distribution capabilities along the Mississippi River corridor and adjacent markets.
He serves as President of the Transload Distribution Association of North America, promoting collaboration across railroads, ports, terminals, logistics providers and shippers, and advancing transloading as a critical component of resilient, multimodal supply chains.
