Steve is a partner at BARBERMURPHY and a Central Illinois native with more than two decades of experience in industrial real estate across Central and Southern Illinois and Southern and Eastern Missouri. Since joining the firm at its founding in 2005, he has completed over 500 transactions totaling more than 24 million square feet and valued at $300 million. With a background in industrial equipment sales, Steve brings a practical, operations-focused perspective to helping manufacturers, warehouse users, and investors solve complex real estate challenges. He holds both SIOR and CCIM designations, reflecting his commitment to expertise, performance, and the highest professional standards.
