Tony Fuhrmann

Director of Employment and Training, Madison County

Tony Fuhrmann has served as Director of Employment and Training for Madison County, Illinois since August 2017.  Prior to joining Madison County, he had 19 years of state government experience and 10 years’ experience in the Logistics Department at Anheuser Busch.  Madison County Employment and Training administers Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Funds for 4 counites in Southwestern Illinois.  In addition, Madison County Employment and Training is part of a network of the six workforce areas in the metro St. Louis region that work with businesses and individuals on both sides of the river.
